Workstream

A project or workstream brings together one or more of the company's transversal functions and is structured as a project (i.e. a finalised set of activities and actions undertaken by a team). Its purpose is to meet a need defined by one or more projects to be supported while ensuring consistency and integration into the company's operational management.
