Change Impacts

They correspond to the identification and evaluation of the intensity of the impact of a project on an organisation. Impacts must be qualified as early as possible in order to best prepare for change management. In most cases, it is possible to qualify the change according to 4 axes of analysis:

- Tool / Equipment
- Business line
- Organisation
- Culture
